Trainings were held for students to change gender stereotypes in the media

Ilia Chavchavadze Center hosted trainings for journalism students from eight Georgian universities. trainings aimed to reduce gender stereotypes, empower female journalists in media organizations and support media diversity.

The student participants represented journalism schools of various higher Educational Institutes (Tbilisi State University, International Black Sea University, Caucasus University, Grigol Robakidze University, University of Business and Technology, etc.) 

The training was led by Tbilisi State University Professor, Media Psychologist Mariam Gersamia, Associate Professor Maia Toradze and Psychologist and Psychotherapist Marina Goksadze.
